Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Teacher Gems! Please review our shipping and delivery policies for both physical and digital products below. *Currently, we only offer digital products.


Digital Products

All digital products (e.g., downloadable resources, lesson plans, eBooks) are delivered electronically.

  • Delivery Method: After purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. You may also access your files via your account on our website (if you opt to create an account).

  • Delivery Time: You will receive an email with your download link shortly after purchase. If you do not receive an email within 15-20 minutes please check your SPAM folder.

  • Support: If you experience any issues with downloading or accessing your files, please contact Kelsea@TeacherGems.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.


Physical Products

*We currently do not offer any physical products but in the future we hope to offer a range of physical products, such as books, printed materials, or classroom tools.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Shipping Methods: We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx with delivery times of:

    • Domestic (within the United States): 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and delivery address.

  • Tracking: All shipments include tracking details, sent to your email once the order is shipped.


Lost or Damaged Items

If your physical order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Kelsea@TeacherGems.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
